In consideration for placing an open account for all items ordered by said firm, it is agreed that on any invoices which remain unpaid more than the terms assigned, there will be a monthly interest charge assessed of 2 %. Any invoices which remain unpaid for more than 60 days from invoice date shall be considered in default and said owner/owners will be liable for any and all costs of collections including attorney's fees, and waives any defenses based upon any extension of time for payment which may be given by Whitney and Son Seafoods, Inc. It is further agreed that any litigation resulting from this agreement shall have the place of Venue of Pasco County, Florida. It is also agreed that any disputes pertaining to sales agreement, interest of additional charges are subject to FloridaLaw.
